Pavlova Face Masque
2 teaspoons of “White Clay”
1 teaspoon powdered egg white
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon pineapple juice.
Mix to a smooth paste and apply
to face and neck
Wait till dry, aprox. 10-15min
then rinse with cool water.
Leaves your skin feeling soft,
firm and smooth.
Bedtime Face Masque
2 grams of chopped lavender flower
or 1-2 drops of lavender
essential oil (Lavandula
Angustifolia).
5 grams of “Moisture Blend” and
2.5ml of warm water.
Mix mask till it forms a paste
that has around the same consistency
as melted chocolate.
Apply to face and leave to dry
before washing off with warm water.
Acne Masque
For a deep cleanse that draws out
toxins and helps skin to heal
without scaring.
Mix 1 teaspoon “White” Clay, 1
teaspoon of “Crystalite Pink” and
1 teaspoon of “Crystalite Gold”.
Mix in a little water (clean
mineral water is better than tap water)
till you have a smooth paste.
Apply to face and neck area and
leave till dry then rinse off with
warm water or with a vinegar
rinse.
Apply daily as an alternative to
soap.
Rich Mineral Masque for
Oily Skin
Mix 1 teaspoon of “Green Clay”, 1
Teaspoon of “Grey Clay”,1 Teaspoon
“Crystalite Gold”, Mix in a little
water till you have a smooth paste and
apply to face and neck area. Allow
to dry and rinse with warm water.
*** you may notice the acne will
appear worse on the first day before
it begins to dry and heal.
Renewing shower scrub
Mix 1 teaspoon of “Clarifying
Blend” to 20ml of water, add 1 metric
teaspoon dried lemon grass or
tarragon.
Use as a scrub in the shower,
massage clay into skin with finger tips to
face, neck arms, legs and body.
Ideal for acne, tired skin and
open pores, will smooth uneven complexions
and leave your skin feeling soft
and fresh.
Gentle exfoliating clay
scrub
If you don't have time to wait
for masks to dry, here is an easy alternative.
Mix 1 tablespoon your favourite
clay and 1 tablespoon of “Crystalite Gold”,
blend together and add enough
water to make a smooth paste.
Add a few drops of Papaya extract
and Pineapple extract. (Natural exfoliates).
With your fingertips gently
massage mud into skin then rinse.
Cafe body polish
Mix 1 teaspoon of “Heavenly Blend”
to 20ml of water, add 1/2 metric
teaspoon of instant coffee
granules (natural antioxidant may help to
fight skin cancer)
Use as a scrub in the shower,
massage clay into skin with finger tips to
face, neck arms, legs and body.
Leaves your skin feeling fresh and
invigorated.
Lavender Bath Soak
Add 1 cup of chopped lavender
(leaves or flowers)
1 cup of “Pink Clay”
¼ cup of bicarb
¼ cup of citric acid
Add to bath after bath has
finished running. Enjoy a relaxing soak while
the gentile fragrance eases away
all your tension.
Soothing Bath Soak
For a relaxing mineral bath Mix 1
tablespoon of your “Grey Clay”,
1 tablespoon of “Crystalite Pink”
and 2 tablespoons of whole milk powder
or coconut milk, add a few drops
of vanilla essence and mix well.
Add to bath water and enjoy!
Relaxing foot bath
To a basin of warm water add 1
teaspoon of “Moisture Blend” and
1 tablespoon of bicarbonate soda.
Soak feet for desired time or till
water becomes cool.
Keep a towel handy to dry feet
after soaking.
Great relief for tired or aching
feet.
Bath Fizz
Add some excitement to bath time
with some deliciously scented bath salts.
Mix three quarter cup of
bicarbonate of soda with two tablespoons
“White or Pink” clay and half cup
of cream of tartar.
Mix well to break up any lumps.
Add a few drops of essential oil
and mix really well again. Add to bath water
just before getting in and enjoy
the soothing sensation.
